great hotel experience

clean room helpful staff

i felt very good as a regular guest here. the front office department gave me a very good, clean room. urooj was good and helpful there.

The repair work in bathrooms was shoddy. Mounts for soap dispenser bottles were broken. every time i phoned for room service over 4 days, no one answered the phone.

Menale greeted us with a warm smile and professionalism. She explained all the hotel facilities in detail, from restaurants to the spa, and accompanied us to the elevator. The team helped us with our luggage, GREATLY appreciated!!!

Housekeeping missed a detail, cups were left dirty. Teabags, sugar, and even water bottles were not replenished. I found this inconsistent, and a simple refresh would have.

The staff welcomed me with a warm smile. i found the hotel design beautiful and traditional. menale at reception greeted me professionally and arranged assistance with luggage. she explained the hotel facilities and accompanied me to the elevator. It was a really warm welcome.

the gym equipment looked worn. this made the area seem a little less inviting.

amazing service and convenient location!

attentive staff helpful staff warm atmosphere

the staff was super attentive and helpful, especially menale at reception!!! she provided detailed information about the hotel facilities. i appreciated the quick assistance from the concierge team with my luggage. the hotel's traditional design created a warm and cute atmosphere.

the in-room wifi signal was not strong at all and made working remotely difficult. i suggest boosting the signal for better connectivity.
